ATODYA / PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

This policy explains how Atodya Innovations Private Limited ("Atodya", "we", "us") handles personal information through atodya.in, business enquiries, and our assistance connecting businesses to the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform.

For privacy questions or requests, email info@atodya.in.

1. Information we receive

When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, organisation, requirement type, message, and any other information you choose to provide. Business onboarding and support may also involve a business phone number, account identifiers, and configuration information you share with us. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, sensitive personal information, or customer message exports through our website enquiry form.

Our website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions. This can involve browser and device information, pages visited, referral sources, approximate location, and online identifiers. Hosting and form-delivery providers may process technical request information, including IP addresses, for delivery, security, and abuse prevention.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, discuss and deliver requested services, assist with authorised account connections, troubleshoot problems, maintain business records, protect our services, and understand how visitors use our website. We do not sell personal information.

3. WhatsApp Business and Meta connections

Our current WhatsApp service helps client businesses connect to Meta. Atodya does not store clients’ WhatsApp message content or their customers’ contact lists on its own servers as part of this service. Businesses manage their messaging through Meta and the tools they choose.

Where a client authorises access, we use the business account and configuration information made available to us only to establish, support, or troubleshoot that connection. We do not use WhatsApp customer data for unrelated advertising or sell it to third parties.

Each client business is responsible for its communications, appropriate permissions to contact customers, and its own privacy notice. If you are a customer of a business using WhatsApp, contact that business about its use of your messages or contact details. Meta and WhatsApp handle information under their own applicable terms, including the WhatsApp Privacy Policy and WhatsApp Business Data Processing Terms.

If our service changes to include hosting customer messages or contact lists, we will update this policy and provide the relevant information before introducing that processing.

4. Service providers and sharing

Our website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Website enquiries are processed by Web3Forms and delivered through email services. Google Analytics processes website usage information. Meta and WhatsApp process information required for their platform connections. These providers may process information outside your country under their applicable terms and privacy policies.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, or to protect rights and prevent abuse. Access to enquiry and support information is limited to people who need it for the relevant work.

Provider information: Google Privacy Policy and Web3Forms Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies and browser storage

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to measure website activity. Our website also stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser. The website’s enquiry tracking records a successful submission event; it does not send the form’s name, email address, or message to Analytics.

You can manage or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking storage may prevent preferences from being remembered.

6. Retention and security

We keep enquiry, onboarding, and support records only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, ongoing business relationship, dispute resolution, or applicable recordkeeping obligations. Provider-held records are also subject to the provider’s retention settings and policies.

We use HTTPS on our website. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please contact us if you believe information shared with Atodya has been misused.

7. Your choices and data deletion requests

You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held by Atodya, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing info@atodya.in with the subject “Privacy or data deletion request”. Include the email address or business account associated with your request and describe the information concerned. Do not include passwords or access tokens.

We may ask for information needed to verify your identity or authority over a business account. We will explain any information that must be retained and respond in accordance with applicable requirements. You may also ask us to stop assisting with a Meta connection and remove our access. Account administrators can revoke permissions through the relevant Meta business settings.

Atodya cannot directly delete information held independently by Meta, WhatsApp, or a client business. For that information, contact the relevant provider or business. We can help identify where to direct a request relating to a connection we assisted with.

8. Children

Our website and business services are intended for business and professional use, not for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address it.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
